You mail in your Vita, I run a full hardware and software check, and then you get a clear diagnosis and repair options.
Price shown is a non‑refundable diagnostic fee that covers my time on the bench and testing equipment.
What this diagnostic includes
- Visual inspection for damage, corrosion, missing parts, and prior repair work
- Power and charging checks, port inspection, and basic battery health testing
- Testing of buttons, analog sticks, touchscreen, speakers, and other key functions where possible

How the process works
- Place your order for the PS Vita Complete Diagnostic Service.
- Pack your Vita securely (console only is best) and ship it with tracking.
- I perform the diagnostic, usually within 3–7 business days after the console arrives.
- I email you with what I found and recommended repair options.
- You decide whether to move forward with a paid repair or have the console returned as‑is.
About the diagnostic fee
- The diagnostic fee is non‑refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with repairs.
- If you approve a repair over a certain amount (for example, a motherboard, screen, or major board work), I apply $10 of this diagnostic fee toward the final repair total.
- If the console is beyond economical repair, you still receive a report on what was found so you can decide what to do next.

Been eyeing to get myself a PS Vita for a while and long story short, I finally pulled through and bought my dream one. A silver JP import but the only concern was that upon arrival, the system did not appear as it looked at the photos the seller has posted from. A loose right shoulder button and joysticks drifting, Not wanting to go through the hassle of returning the system, I sought to look for a repair locally at first. No one was able to assist until I came across Robles Jr.

The whole process from the diagnosis from the following repairs after were very transparent and communicative; I felt at ease knowing my Vita was in good hands upon the whole repair process. After two short weeks, I got my console practically all fixed up and back in my hands to play.

Robles Jr helped me with figuring out what was up with the PSP that i had gotten as it wouldn't take the SD card i put in it. He was able to fix it within the couple months he had my PSP with him. Pretty good and i would recommend him for any PSP repairs you want done.

I just wanted to let you know that Robles Junior did it again. He modded my psp vita 1000 with ark-4 firmware 512GB card with emulators and games. Plus updated games on my psp2000 and psp vita slim. He did a fantastic job on these projects. I'm so excited about this update.
